This is the cover design for a pop up book i did for a sch assignment. This subject was a killer.. We were supposed to illustrate a story we each want to tell and do the pop up mechanisms for 8 spreads within 1 month's time.

So my story is quite dumb.. about this blind girl called Stella who chanced upon a fallen star one night. It turns out that it is a shooting star called Alpha. So Stella helped Alpha to return home. She did not selfishly used the star to grant her own wish to see again. Alpha's parents were very grateful to her and so they wanted to reward her, even though they will turn into dust. Thus Stella was able to make her wish come true...
